The Headpins

Originally formed as a sort of 'side project' from Chilliwack, the band's live magnetism is rivalled by few in Canadian rock. In 2001, the band was thrilled to announce the addition of Tony D as their new guitarist. His slick, aggressive style is a perfect fit for the 'Pins sheer on-stage energy and is one of the driving forces of today's resurgance in classic Canadian rock!

Prism

They've sold millions of albums, and the songs say it all - "Spaceship Superstar," "Armageddon," "Take Me Away," "Young & Restless," "Flying," "Take Me to the Kaptin," "Night to Remember" and others - all classic rock standards, as is Prism itself. Winning every award along the way, including Junos for Album and Group of the Year, Prism's ongoing draw as a live attraction is the stuff of legend. The band rocks with an energy matched only by their exciting showmanship. 2008 is proving to be Prism's best yet, with rave concert reviews and new album Big Black Sky out this Spring. The best may be yet to come.

Kenny Shields & Streetheart

Formed in 1976, Streetheart began winning audiences over with their combination of raw talent and musical power. Led by Kenny Shields, the band built a strong and loyal fan base and received a Juno for "Most Promising Canadian Group". Streetheart followed that with a string of gold and platinum albums as well as a gold single for their definitive version of the Rolling Stones’ "Under My Thumb". After 30 years, Kenny and the band continue to play with a fierce energy and precision that other bands would be hard-pressed to match. That, combined with great songs, is a major part of what makes their shows so memorable. If you haven’t seen Kenny Shields and Streetheart lately, you owe it to yourself to see one of Canada’s premier bands, and see that after 3 decades and a million records sold, what made the band so special then is still so clearly evident today.

Michelle Wright

It's been ten years since Michelle Wright delivered a full slate of country material and with the release of Everything And More one would have to agree that the return home is a welcome one. With Everything And More the award-winning singer marries her immediately identifiable voice with an impressive collection of new material that mirrors so many of the changes in attitude and emotion that Wright has experienced as new chapters of her life have been written. It is the kind of album that should make for new additions to the list of twenty-five top ten hits she's already produced in her impressive career. Take It Like A Man, Guitar Talk, The Answer Is Yes, Nobody's Girl, Your Love, and I Surrender are just a few of the songs that continue to make her live shows such spectacular events. And the adventure and fun are anything but over as Wright gets set to introduce fans to the new tunes on Everything And More alongside her catalog of hits. "Am I ready to be on the road? You bet," smiles Wright as she prepares to add another chapter to what has thus far been one of the most successful stories in Canadian country music history.

Fred Ducharme & Ninth Line

Fred has been in the music business for over 35 years. He and his band are very popular and in demand throughout the Ottawa Valley, and entertain with their great harmonies, music and comedy. Everywhere Fred plays, he is always requested to sing a Vince Gill song. Many people say he sounds like Vince and love his rendition of "Look At Us". If you attend one of his shows you will certainly be entertained. Of course the dance floor will always be full while he is playing some of the Classic Country and Old Time Rock n Roll songs from his set list.
