Sponsorships

The CTAS is a non-profit charitable organization, and will issue charitable receipts for donations from individuals for income tax purposes. Organizations will be issued receipts for their sponsorship contributions.

We depend on your support and donations and encourage anyone & any organization to support us. With our different sponsorship levels, it is easy for you to get on board, from $50 and up.

Sponsorship Levels

Laneway Level: CONTRIBUTION: $50.00
At the Laneway Level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Name to appear in Sponsor List as event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

• A one-day pass to the Navan Fair

  Pasture Level: CONTRIBUTION: $100.00
  At the Pasture Level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Two day-passes to the Navan Fair

• Name to appear in Sponsor List as an event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

  Stanchion Level: CONTRIBUTION: $250.00
  At the Stanchion Level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Three day-passes to the Navan Fair

• Name to appear in the Sponsor List as an event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

• Public address announcement of your support will be made at the Awards Presentation.

• A business card ad in the event catalogue (division specific)

  Loft Level: CONTRIBUTION: $500.00
  At the Loft Level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Four day-passes to the Navan Fair

• Name to appear in the Sponsor List as an event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

• You will make an award presentation at your event and be introduced with P.A. announcements.

• A business card ad in the event catalogue (division specific)

  Rafter Level: CONTRIBUTION: $1,000.00
  At the rafter level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Four day-passes to the Navan Fair

• One four-day pass to the Navan Fair

• Name to appear in the Sponsor List as an event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

• You will make an award presentation at your event and be introduced with P.A. announcements.

• A half page ad in the event catalogue (division specific)

  Weather Vane Level: CONTRIBUTION: $1,500
  At the weather vane level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Four day-passes to the Navan Fair

• Two four-day passes to the Navan Fair

• Name to appear in the Sponsor List as an event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

• You will make an award presentation at your event and be introduced with P.A. announcements.

• A full page ad in the event catalogue (division specific)

• You will be an invited guest to the Navan Fair official opening ceremonies reception.

• A 2′ x 4′ sign, provided by you, to be erected or placed at your event site.

  Corporate Bronze: CONTRIBUTION: $2,500
  At the Corporate Bronze level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Four four-day passes to the Navan Fair

• A 4′ x 8′ sign, provided by us, to be erected or placed at your event site.

• Name to appear in the Sponsor List as an event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

• You will make an award presentation at your event and be introduced with P.A. announcements.

• A full page ad in the event catalogue (division specific)

• You will be an invited guest to the Navan Fair official opening ceremonies reception.

  Corporate Silver: CONTRIBUTION: $5,000
  At the Corporate Silver level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Six four-day passes to the Navan Fair

• Name to appear in the Sponsor List as an event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

• You will make an award presentation at your event and be introduced with P.A. announcements.

• A full page ad in the event catalogue (division specific)

• You will be an invited guest to the Navan Fair official opening ceremonies reception.

• A free 1-day rental of CTAS facilities

  Corporate Gold: CONTRIBUTION: $7,500
  At the Corporate Gold level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Ten four-day pass to the Navan Fair

• A 4′ x 8′ sign provided by us, to be erected or placed at your event site and then permanently displayed until next fair.

• Name to appear in the Sponsor List as an event sponsor (deadline May 15th)

• Free rental of one concession booth

• You will make an award presentation at your event and be introduced with P.A. announcements.

• Your sponsorship will be displayed on our website.

• A full page ad in the event catalogue (division specific)

• You will be an invited guest to the Navan Fair official opening ceremonies reception.

  Corporate Partner: CONTRIBUTION: $10,000
  At the Corporate Partner level, you will be recognized as follows:

• Fifteen four-day pass to the Navan Fair

• A 4′ x 8′ sign, will be provided for you, to be permanently erected on the Navan Fairgrounds

• Name to appear as a corporate partner in the Sponsor List which guarantees product exclusivity (deadline May 15th)

• Free rental of one concession booth

• You will make an award presentation at your event and be introduced with P.A. announcements.

• Your sponsorship will be displayed on our website.

• A full page ad in the event catalogue (division specific)

• You will be an invited guest to the Navan Fair official opening ceremonies reception.

• Your support will be included in all the Fair’s advertisements; radio and paper.

• A free 4-day rental of CTAS facilities

• A flag bearing your company name will be provided and erected
